Collection Kit Delivery

For testing services that include a collection kit, available shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or before your order is confirmed. Delivery availability depends on the service and destination.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to correct your address, contact us promptly at testcenter@ebovir.ca. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Returning Your Sample

Follow the collection, packaging, storage, and shipping instructions supplied with your kit. Use the designated return method where provided. Return shipping is included only when expressly stated in the purchased service description.

Do not send biological samples to our business address unless instructed by EboGenes.

Laboratory Turnaround

Kit delivery time and laboratory processing time are separate. Unless otherwise stated, laboratory turnaround begins when the laboratory receives an acceptable sample and all required information and consent.

Sample quality, recollection requirements, carrier delays, and customs processing may affect timing. We will notify you of material delays affecting your service.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your collection kit arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

If a returned sample is lost or damaged, we will review the circumstances and explain the next steps. Responsibility and any applicable remedy will be determined under applicable law.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits delivery, cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Refund requests are also subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
